~~~ Kuih Saji ❤ 雪花糕 ~~~


~~~    雪花糕是最简单,最容易制作的糕点    ~~~
           我认为是100%成功,0 % 失败,不信,您可以试做( ⊙ o ⊙ )啊 ❤ !














~~~ 把淡奶换去草莓乳酸饮品,就制作了草莓雪花糕 ~~~

                                               ~~~    雪花糕   ~~~


食谱 : -
材料 : -
full cream milk - 900ml
玉蜀黍粉 - 120g
糖 - 150g
椰丝干 -50g ( 沾外皮用)

做法 : -
1) 将全部材料放进锅里,用小火煮溶,搅拌均匀

2) 倒入模盘待冷,放进冰箱冷冻。
3) 凝固后,取除切小块,沾上椰丝干即可。— 


* 如要制作草莓味的雪花糕,只要把淡奶换去草莓乳酸饮品 ( Strawberry Yoghurt Drink )便可*

If I use 1, 000ml milk, will it be too much?

u only can use 900ml....
if use 1000ml,it will be a bit
soft,difficult to shape...

is d milk refers to evaporated milk?
