~~ Italian Tiramisu Cake - 意大利Tiramisu 蛋糕 ~~


~~~    游览网上蛋糕食谱时,无意中看到Grandmother's Kitchen,这个网址,赶紧clip on
            看看。。。。哇( ⊙o⊙ )。。。。里头有好多好多yummy 蛋糕的食谱。。。。好吸引哦!
            看了好几遍,还是下不了决心要选择那一个,因为全部都是最爱&最棒的。。。。
            既然侄儿&外甥们都大爱Tiramisu,我就选择这个吧 !
            这个蛋糕的成本,是我制作蛋糕就来最贵的一次。普通蛋糕最多也是用6粒的鸡蛋,
           不过这食谱里,共用了12粒鸡蛋 ( 4粒全蛋,8粒蛋白 )。1/2 盒Mascarpone Cheese,
           ( 一盒500g= RM30/= ),一条Tatura Cheese RM8/=, 一块Buttercup 牛油,再加上其他材料,
            已经超过了RM50/= .  成本这么高,蛋糕店售卖一小片也要整RM10/=........

         

~~~    底层有浓浓的朱克力口味。。。。。


~~~     中层夹着沾了浓咖啡的手指饼 。。。。。。。


                                                   ~~~  第三层是Mascarpone Cheese Topping。。。
                                                               再洒下Vanhouten 可可粉。。。。

Recipi : -
Ingredients

cake 
chocolate chips - 300g
unsalted butter, softened - 250g
sugar - 180g
whole eggs - 4
egg whites - 4
cake flour - 240g

For the Mascarpone Topping
mascarpone cheese - 230 g
cream cheese - 230g
sugar - 60g
egg whites - 4
pure vanilla extract - 2 tsp
soft ladyfingers - 1 pack
strong brewed coffee - 100ml


cocoa powder for garnish

Directions

1) Preheat oven to 160* C
2)In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate. Stir until smooth and let cool for a few minutes.
3)Line a 9" baking dish with parchment paper.
4)Add the chocolate to a mixing bowl, beat in the butter and then the sugar, 4 eggs, and 4 egg whites.。
5)Add in the flour and continue mixing on low speed until just combined. 
6)Pour the cake batter into the baking dish.
7)Layer the ladyfingers upside down on top of the cake batter, slightly pushing down to keep in place.
8)Using a pastry brush, brush the coffee over the ladyfingers until they are well saturated.
9)In another bowl, mix together the mascarpone cheese, cream cheese, sugar, 4 egg whites, and the   vanilla extract. Gently spread the mixture over the ladyfingers.
10)Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is almost set. Let cool completely.
11) Sift cocoa powder over top.

请问, 我没有看错的话," bake for 40-45 minutes.." 这提拉米苏蛋糕是要拿去烘的吗?
