~ Manggo Yoghurt JellyCake ❤ 芒果乳酸燕菜蛋糕 ~



~~~ 之前,安娣太极班,集餐会有向我下这个订单,大家吃过后,都称不绝口。
         好友吃了,也念念不忘,今天又下定了 ❤。。。。
        不是我卖花赞花香,一点点酸甜的芒果乳酸,配上清甜的龙眼汁和芒果粒,
        ( ⊙o⊙ )哇。。。偶尔咬到一颗芒果粒,真的是很yummy 哦 ❤ ! ~~~

~~~   芒果乳酸燕菜蛋糕 ~~

~ 没有用色素,是芒果的天然色(⊙o⊙)哦 !~

食谱 : -
材料 : - (A) 芒果层
燕菜粉 - 10g
jelly 粉 - 5g
糖 - 120g
芒果yoghurt drink - 1 bottle ( 700ml )
清水 - 300ml
芒果泥 -  芒果肉-15og 
+淡奶- 50ml ( 磨烂 )

材料 :- (B) 透明层
燕菜粉 - 10g
jelly粉 - 5g
糖 - 150g
罐头龙眼水 - 1 罐 ( 300ml)
清水 - 700ml
芒果 - 随意 ( 切小四方块 )

做法 : -
1) 把(A)料混和在锅里(除芒果泥),边搅边煮至滚。
2)    息火,加入芒果泥,搅拌均匀。
3) 将1/2 ( 500 ml ) 倒入8寸四方模。待半凝固。
4) 把 (B)料混和在锅里(除芒果),变搅边煮至滚。
5) 将燕菜汁倒在芒果层上,再铺上小方块芒果。
6) 待1/2凝固,把剩下的芒果燕菜煮热,倒在透明层上,让它完全凝固。
7) 放入饼箱冷冻,取出切片,即可食用。

*** 温馨启示 :- 一次过把芒果倒下,就会沉下底部,不美观。

                            把透明层分3次倒下,排下芒果,待半凝固,再倒下燕菜,
                            这样就会分布平均,漂漂亮亮的出模啦 ! ***

Hi,
Can advise agar agar powder 10g is it abt 1 tbsp?
Can replace jelly powder with konnyaku powder?

Henlen。。。。
Easier to buy agar powder in packet
form....it weight 10g nett....
if u dont have jelly powder,can be replace by konnyaku powder...

Can I know whether jelly powder 10g and 5g jelly powder are the same or 5g is instant jelly?

May i know why my mango layer cannot set? I followed the instruction. But i noticed that even though total water amount is higher than clear layer, the amount of jelly prefer is the same
