~~ Hershey's Chocolate MoonCake ~~ Hershey's 朱克力月饼

~~~ 玩新的食谱,没做过的。。。,三种材料罢了。。。
         做法简单,混合搅拌均匀,休面30分钟,就可做造型了! ~~~

                

~~~ 有很浓的朱克力 香味。。。滑亮的表面。。


~~~ 一眼望去,还以为是朱克力糖。。。

食谱:
材料:

面粉- 330g

HERSHEY'S巧克力酱 - 330g
玉米油 - 90 g

馅料:市售香兰莲蓉

做法:
1)把全部材料拌均混合后盖上保险膜休面30分钟
2)面团休面时可以乘机会把馅料搓圆搓好备用
3)把休好的面团各别分类重量再包入馅料
4)包好馅料的(3)粘上少许粉才压入模具再排入已铺了纸的烘盘里
5)预热烤箱180G,把月饼送入烤箱20分钟便行(不需搽蛋液)


温馨启示:
**我用125g模具 - 馅 - 90g  皮- 50g (可以做11粒)

**我用100g模具-  馅 - 70g  皮- 30g (可以做7 粒)

**做好了的成品等待两天后回油再品尝最棒了

Material:

 Flour - 330g 
HERSHEY'S Chocolate Sauce - 330g 
Corn Oil - 90 g 

Stuffing- pandan  bean paste ( pandan lian rong )

Practice: 
1) Mix all the materials and mix them on the cover sheet for 30 minutes. 
2) Dough can take the opportunity Will fill the dumplings rubbing a good rubbing 
3) the rest of the dough will be divided into the weight of the different fillings 
4) wrap a good filling (3) stick a little powder into the mold and then discharged into the paper Of the baking tray
5) preheat the oven 180G, the moon cake into the oven for 20 minutes will do (no need to pay egg) 

Warm Revelation:
